At Bigkisan, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure the quality of our Vegetable Seeds and Flower Seeds. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

Due to the nature of seeds and agricultural products, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened or used.

Returns may be considered only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged, defective, or expired
The product delivered is different from the one ordered

To be eligible for a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Please note:

Germination and crop yield depend on soil, climate, irrigation, and farming practices; therefore, no refund is applicable based on crop performance or yield.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
